As a student enrolled in a Clinical Engineering program, I was instructed to be the interface between the clinical staff and the technology they utilize to provide patient care. I believe this statement to be more applicable today than ever before. As the healthcare technology utilized by your clinical staff everyday to provide the highest level of care to your patients continues to evolve, your staff's understanding of that technology and its application must evolve as well. Our goal at MMS is to provide you with the interface between that technology and the patient.
